Bio-Xcell Peptides does not accept returns for any reason.

No Refunds Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered only at our sole discretion if a product arrives in one of the following conditions:

Incorrect Product

Defective Product

  • A verified manufacturing defect.

  • Contamination confirmed through internal or third-party testing.

Damaged Product

How to Report a Product Issue

Time Limit: Within 7 days of delivery based on carrier tracking information.

Step 2: Provide Required Documentation
You must include the following:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Clear photographs of the product label

  • Clear photographs showing damage or defect

  • Photographs of packaging if damaged

  • Tracking information

  • A brief written description of the issue

Step 3: RMA Review and Approval

  • We will review your claim carefully.

  • If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  • You must follow the instructions provided with the RMA approval.

Important Requirements

Reporting Deadline

  • All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Photo Evidence Required

  • Clear photos of the product label.

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Clear photos of the packaging if applicable.

RMA Authorization Required

  • Products must not be returned without an approved RMA number.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed or returned.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

  • Product no longer needed.

  • Improper storage or customer misuse.

  • Damage occurring after delivery.

  • Opened or used products unless verified as defective.

Resolution Options (If Approved)
If your claim is approved, Bio-Xcell Peptides may offer one of the following options at its discretion:

Option 1: Replacement

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • This is the fastest resolution option.

Option 2: Store Credit

  • Store credit equal to the original purchase value.

  • Credit may be used for future purchases only.

Option 3: Refund

  • Refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Bio-Xcell Peptides only for approved claims.

  • Shipping costs for replacement products are covered by Bio-Xcell Peptides.

Processing Time
Once a claim is approved:

  • Replacement shipments are sent within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Fraudulent or False Claims
Any false or fraudulent claim may result in:

  • Immediate claim denial.

  • Account suspension or termination.

  • Legal action where applicable.

Carrier Damage
If your package is damaged during transit:

  • Contact us immediately with clear photographs.

  • We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Replacement or refund will be issued after the carrier claim is resolved.

Carrier delays are outside our control. However, we will assist with damage-related claims when documented properly.
